Mr. David Carter - Non-Executive Independent Chairman   David Carter is a lawyer, company director and corporate advisor who has broad experience in corporate, commercial and business law and has for many years been a strategic advisor to both listed and unlisted companies. David is widely experienced in board proceedings and corporate governance.   David is also a director of VENCorp Limited (the Victorian Government body responsible for energy transmission and distribution) , a director of the not for profit company Diabetes Australia - Victoria Pty Ltd and also chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee for Diabetes Australia – Victoria Pty Ltd.   David is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria and South Australia. He has a B.Ec, LL.B (Hons), LL.M (Monash), B.C.L. (Oxon).
